Price:
- Included: VAT, utilities (water, gas, electricity), daily supply of sheets
- Not Included: tourist tax, (€ 0.7 excluding VAT/day/person)
- Extra fee of €30/stay for pets
- Wifi in each mini villa
Options:
- Provision of baby’s bed or extra bed at the cost between €40 and 80€/week
- Provision of second fridge or mini freezer (on quotation)
- Mini villa cleaning (on quotation)
- Supply of bath towels (on quotation)
Payment:
30% of payment on booking, balance on arrival. Booking is confirmed only on reception of confirmation by email from us
Methods of payment accepted: cheques, cash, money transfer, money order…
Attention: Debit card and holiday vouchers not accepted
Security deposit: €150/mini villa
Weekly rent starts on Saturday at 17:00 to the following Saturday at 10:00
